LED Banner - Turn Your Phone Into a Scrolling Text Sign

Turn your phone into a scrolling LED sign — and share it with friends by link.

🔒 Everything you enter is processed in your browser and never sent to a server.

How to use

  1. Type your message or tap a quick message. The preview updates instantly.
  2. Pick an effect (scroll, blink, still), speed, size and colours. Turn on LED dots for a real sign look.
  3. Press Show banner to go full screen. Hold your phone sideways for bigger text. Tap to exit.
  4. Use Copy link or QR code to share the same banner with friends.

Good to know

Concerts and fan meetings, sports games, airport pickups, busking, temporary shop notices, birthday surprises — whenever you need text that's readable from far away, your phone does the job with no app to install.

The share link contains your message and all settings. Post one link in the group chat and everyone shows the identical banner. The message lives only in the link and is never stored on a server.

The screen stays awake while the banner is on. In dark venues, turn brightness up; outdoors in daylight, bright colours (red, yellow, white) on black are easiest to read. To show it through a car window, turn on Mirror.

Link several phones works without Bluetooth or Wi-Fi pairing: each phone uses its own clock to work out where the text should be. Up to 20 phones can form one big sign; phones with similar screen sizes line up best.

FAQ

The text doesn't line up across phones.

Phone clocks usually agree within about 0.1 s, but sometimes drift more. On the phone that's off, tap the banner once and use the ◀ ▶ buttons (0.05 s steps). Phones with different screen sizes may show slightly different text sizes.

Full screen doesn't work on my iPhone.

Safari on iPhone only partly supports full screen for web pages. The banner still fills the screen; swipe up once to hide the address bar or use "Add to Home Screen" for an app-like view.

I rotated my phone but the screen didn't turn.

Rotation lock is probably on. Keep Show sideways when held upright enabled and the text runs along the long side even when the phone is upright.

Can I use emoji?

Yes, just type them from your keyboard. Emoji look slightly different on each device.

Does it drain the battery?

The screen stays on, so it uses that much. A black background uses the least power on OLED screens.
