Good to know

Markdown lets you format documents with simple symbols like # headings, **bold** and - lists. It is used in Notion, GitHub, Obsidian, ChatGPT answers and more. GitHub-flavoured syntax such as tables, task lists and code blocks is supported.

Your text is saved only in this browser and never sent to a server. For safety, potentially dangerous code such as scripts is removed from the preview.

FAQ

Why does a print dialog open?

It uses your browser’s built-in PDF export, which produces crisp fonts and selectable, searchable text. Just set the destination to Save as PDF.

Does it work on phones?

Yes. On iPhone use Share → "Save to Files" from the print screen; on Android choose "Save as PDF" as the printer.
