How to use
- Drop a video into the box above to see a preview.
- Set the Start and End while playing. 3–10 seconds works best for GIFs.
- Choose Frames per second and Width, then tap Make GIF.
Good to know
GIFs play everywhere but are much larger than videos. Around 10 fps at 480 px is a good size for chats and forums.
Each frame gets its own optimized 256-colour palette for natural-looking colours. To keep files manageable, GIFs are limited to 30 seconds.

My GIF is too large.
Use a shorter section, a lower frame rate (5–10) and a smaller width (320–480 px).
Are my files uploaded?
No. Everything happens inside this browser; your photos and videos are never sent anywhere.
