How to use
- Drag images into the box above or tap Choose files.
- Pick Long side (scale the longest side to a size), Exact pixels or Percentage, and enter the numbers — or tap a popular size.
- With exact pixels and a different aspect ratio, choose how to Fit. For Instagram-exact sizes pick Fill.
- Tap Save or Save all (ZIP).
Good to know
Long side scales whichever side is longer — portrait or landscape — to your size and keeps the proportions. It is the easiest way to shrink a whole batch.
With exact pixels and a different aspect ratio you have three options: Fit inside keeps proportions within the box (the result may be slightly smaller), Fill covers the box and crops the overflowing edges, and Stretch ignores proportions to match exactly.
Large reductions are done in several steps for smooth, jaggy-free results. Enlarging small images makes them blurry, so it is off by default.
Everything is processed inside this browser. Files are never sent over the internet, and the saved results no longer carry metadata such as GPS location.
FAQ
What size should I use for Instagram?
Square is 1080×1080, portrait is 1080×1350 (4:5) and Stories/Reels are 1080×1920 (9:16). Tap a popular size and choose Fill for an exact fit.
Does resizing reduce quality?
Fewer pixels means less detail when zoomed in, but on screen it looks virtually the same — and the smaller file is easier to share.
Are my images uploaded?
No. Compression and resizing run entirely in your browser on your own device. Your files never leave it.
