How to use
- Choose the Rotate direction before dropping the video.
- Drop the video and a rotated copy is made right away. Tap Save.
Good to know
By default only the rotation flag in the file is changed, so there is no quality loss and it finishes instantly. Most phone and PC players and social networks honour it, though some old programs may ignore it.
In that case, or if you need to mirror the video, turn on Re-encode to bake in to rotate the pixels themselves and save as MP4.
FAQ
It still plays sideways.
Your player ignores the rotation flag. Turn on Re-encode to bake in and convert again.
Does it support AVI or WMV?
MP4, MOV, WebM and MKV are supported for now. Results are saved as widely playable MP4 (H.264) by default, or as WebM in browsers that cannot create MP4.
Is my video uploaded?
No. Videos are processed inside this browser and never sent anywhere. Because your own device does the work, long videos take a while and files over 2 GB may fail on phones.
